UX / Product Designer

A civic-tech start-up building digital public-service portals for Greek municipalities. The role exists to lead the UX function and raise the design quality bar across three live products.

The Role

You'll own the end-to-end UX process, user research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design-system maintenance. In your first six months you'll conduct usability research with 20 citizens and public servants, redesign the application-status tracker, and establish a shared Figma component library. You'll work with two frontend developers and one product manager.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of UX or product-design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process on digital products
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Experience running user interviews, usability testing, and synthesising findings
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for government or civic-service contexts
• Familiarity with design tokens and component-library governance
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS) for developer handoff

What's in it for You
