Verification Team Lead
Electronics EngineerOn behalf of our client, a global leader in embedded semiconductor solutions, we are seeking a Verification Team Lead. In this role, you will be a hands-on expert driving quality and innovation, managing a high-performing team of verification engineers to deliver cutting-edge integrated circuits and complex building blocks for the IoT and Automotive sectors.
Your day to day

Team Leadership: Actively manage and mentor a team of digital verification engineers, coordinating daily activities and overseeing performance management.

Project Management: Take ownership of verification quality and execution timescales, developing work plans and schedules to meet project goals.

Hands-on Execution: Design and develop complex verification systems, decomposition, and hardware/software partitioning.

Quality Assurance: Lead verification result reviews and review design specifications to ensure they are optimized for verification (fitness for verification).

Strategy & Innovation: Identify and communicate improvements in design behavior; steer "make vs. buy" decisions for external tools and solutions.

Technical Consulting: Participate in design reviews and consult with project management to report progress across SW, Digital Radio, and Analog projects.
What You Will Bring

Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Digital Verification and UVM.

Technical Setup: Proven ability to independently set up a UVM testbench from scratch (from specification to verification report).

Methodologies: Deep knowledge of Functional Verification, ABV, Formal Verification, and regression frameworks.

Tools: Proficiency with Cadence Xcelium, eManager/vManager, Verilog, VHDL, and System-Verilog.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in wireless connectivity (e.g., WiFi, BT, Cellular) is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and the ability to influence technical stakeholders; highly proficient in English.

Education: Advanced digital design skills; experience in mixed-signal verification or scripting (TCL, Perl, Python) is a plus.
