Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)

A national FMCG distributor with €300M revenue, serving 5,000+ retail points across Greece. The role exists to build a self-service BI capability as the company replaces legacy Excel reporting.

The Role

You'll design and deliver Power BI dashboards for commercial, supply-chain, and finance stakeholders — from data-model design in Power Query to published certified datasets. In your first six months you'll migrate 15 key monthly Excel reports to interactive dashboards and train 30 business users. You'll work closely with the data warehouse team.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of BI or analytics experience
• Advanced Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query, report design, Row-Level Security
• Experience connecting BI tools to SQL databases (T-SQL or PL/SQL)
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models and KPIs
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Factory
• Background in FMCG, retail, or distribution analytics
• PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification
