Civil Project Manager - Infrastructure

One of Greece's top-10 construction contractors, managing road and bridge projects under national and EU-funded programmes. The role exists to lead a new highway-rehabilitation project awarded in Central Greece.

The Role

You'll manage all aspects of a €12M road-rehabilitation contract - programme, cost, quality, H&S, and client reporting. Your first milestone is mobilising the site and delivering the earthworks phase on schedule within the first four months. You'll manage a team of 3 site engineers and coordinate subcontractors.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of project management experience in civil or infrastructure construction
• Proven delivery of road, bridge, or public-works projects above €5M
• Strong knowledge of Greek construction regulations (ΓΚΛ, ΕΛΟΤ standards)
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
• Degree in Civil Engineering; TEE membership required

Nice to Have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience with ESPA or EU-funded project reporting requirements
• Familiarity with BIM Level 2 workflows
