Construction Site Manager - Project Manager

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest fast-growing construction companies, we are currently looking for a self-driven Construction Site Manager, to join its dynamic team.

A day in the life of a ‘Construction Site Manager’

You will be an expert in providing technical advice and able to plan and organize the entire construction project. Supervising will be one of your main responsibilities and you should follow all the security policies and processes required. You will participate in the whole process of the implementation and development process of the project. Good communication skills are a must as critical thinking!

Your day-to-day

• Supervising the implementation process
• Constant communication with the construction team and the clients
• Organizing equipment and supplies, and monitoring costs of the project
• Identifying issues and extra needs during construction
• Ensuring all security parameters and being responsible for safety procedures 

What you will need

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Post-secondary education diploma
• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD 2D, 3D
• Excellent computer skills and technical terminology
• Experience in complex building projects and cost estimations and quality surveying
• Proven multitasking and management skills
• Experience in strict deadlines and team collaboration 

Great to have

• Experience in public or private building works/projects
• Proven knowledge of MS projects
