Data Analyst - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)
Data AnalystOur client is a large retail company using data to drive smarter decisions across marketing, sales and operations. The role exists to bring dedicated analytical capability to a business that generates rich data and needs someone who can turn it into strategies that actually move the needle.
The Role
You will gather, process and analyse data across customer behaviour, sales trends and operational performance, building the dashboards and reports that give the business a clear and reliable view of what is working and what is not. In your first six months, you will establish a core reporting framework, get close to the key stakeholders across marketing, sales and operations and deliver at least one data-driven recommendation that influences a real business decision. You will be the person who makes the data worth having.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of data analysis experience in a retail, e-commerce or consumer-facing environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reports that communicate KPIs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using statistical tools to forecast trends and identify opportunities
- Sharp attention to data integrity and accuracy across multiple data sources
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis and modelling
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Background in working across marketing, sales and operations teams simultaneously
