Systems Analyst - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)

Our client is a global consulting firm delivering IT solutions that improve how businesses operate across a diverse and demanding client portfolio. The role exists to bring strong analytical capability to a team that needs someone who can sit comfortably between the business and the development team and make sure both sides are always working from the same understanding.

The Role

You will analyse business requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications and work alongside development teams to implement solutions that actually solve the problem they were designed for. In your first six months, you will contribute to at least one full requirements-to-delivery cycle, build strong working relationships across business and technical teams and establish yourself as the person who brings clarity when requirements are ambiguous. You will be the bridge the project depends on.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of systems analysis experience in a consulting or enterprise technology environment
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements and produce detailed, actionable technical specifications
• Experience collaborating with development teams on system implementations and upgrades
• Solid testing and troubleshooting skills across new systems and applications
• Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business needs for technical teams

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with business process modelling tools and methodologies
• Experience with Agile or waterfall delivery frameworks
• Background in client-facing or consultancy-driven systems delivery
