Digital Advertising Strategist - Athens, On-site

Our client is a leading marketing agency crafting high-impact digital advertising strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role exists to bring senior strategic thinking to a team that needs someone who can connect market intelligence, audience insight and creative execution into campaigns that consistently deliver.

The Role

You will design and implement digital advertising strategies that are grounded in data and built to perform, working closely with creative teams to make sure the ideas that look good on paper also land with the right audiences in the right places. In your first six months, you will get close to the agency's key client accounts, conduct a thorough analysis of current campaign strategies and deliver at least one measurable improvement in advertising ROI. You will be the person who sees the opportunity in the data before anyone else does.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of digital advertising experience with a strong track record in strategy development and campaign delivery
• Solid ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity and translate findings into compelling advertising approaches
• Experience guiding creative teams and ensuring output is aligned with strategic objectives and audience needs
• Strong understanding of paid digital channels including Google Ads, Meta and programmatic platforms
• Clear, confident communicator who can present strategy and results to clients and internal stakeholders alike

Nice to Have

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
• Background in a digital or creative agency environment
• Experience with audience segmentation and personalisation strategies
