Campaign ManagerOur client is a company with serious ambitions for paid digital growth looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who lives in the data and knows exactly what to do when a campaign is underperforming. The role exists to take ownership of paid media across platforms and drive measurable improvements in ROI.
The Role
You will manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms, running A/B tests, refining targeting and bidding strategies and working with creative teams to make sure the ads themselves are doing their job. In your first six months, you will audit existing campaign performance, identify the highest-impact optimisation opportunities and establish a testing rhythm that continuously improves results. You will be the person who turns ad spend into demonstrable commercial return.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing paid campaigns at meaningful scale
- Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting
- Proven experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven targeting and bidding strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams to develop ads that convert
- Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to extract insight from campaign data and act on it quickly
Nice to Have
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience with programmatic advertising or additional paid channels such as TikTok or LinkedIn Ads
- Background in e-commerce or performance-driven digital environments
