Full-time | Field-based | Electrical Engineering

On behalf of our client, a well-established energy solutions provider with decades of experience in electrical infrastructure and renewable energy, we are looking for a Field Electrical Engineer to join their growing team and support the operation and maintenance of solar energy projects across Central Greece.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics at solar installations (IR scans, insulation testing, firmware updates)
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues
• Monitor system performance via SCADA systems
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors during fieldwork
• Prepare technical reports and proposals for performance upgrades and corrective actions

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (University or Technical Institute)
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in solar PV construction or maintenance(Must-have)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Experience in writing clear, professional technical documentation
• Basic knowledge of networking (LANs)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
