Junior Construction Project Manager

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking for a Junior Construction Project Manager to join the team.

Your day-to-day

• Coordinate and secure all entitlements, such as architectural licenses and building permits
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Determine resource requirements and allocate them effectively
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Review and approve project-related invoices and payments
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to ensure project profitability
• Monitor construction progress, review construction drawings, and manage construction change orders
• Manage and coordinate all players involved in the project and construction phase
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and other relevant parties
• Foster positive relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and regulatory authorities

What you will need

• Education in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience in Contractor and Inspection valued
• Fluency in English valued
• Experience in using Auto-cad and MS Project
