Junior/Mid Project Manager

On behalf of our client, a global leader in third-party services provider, specialized in the sector of Technical Audits, Inspections, and Certification, we are currently looking for a passionate Junior/Mid Project Manager, to join its product team in Athens.

A day in the life of a Junior/Mid Project Manager

As a Project Manager within our product team, you will be responsible for ideating and delivering new functions, extensions, and features for our product. This involves gathering “key ideas” from suggestions and feedback, while aligning with stakeholders, and translating them into user stories and specifications for the development team. Through collaborative discussions and quality assurance review, you will drive the implementation of innovative features to enhance our digital platform. Your day-to-day

• Develop the scope of in alignment with team and stakeholders, and assess outcomes
• Define requirements and specify requests through user stories to meet user and business needs
• Pay meticulous attention to detail in project documentation and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and suggest appropriate measures
• Review implementation in order to meet the requirements and assess the quality of the deliverables
• Facilitate effective communication among projects, team members and stakeholders
• Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates to relevant parties
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Review and evaluate project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and lessons learned
• Identify user's needs and suggest changes to improve their experience
• Taking ownership, coordinate tasks and address feedback in a productive manner

What you will need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the technical or business studies or engineering
• 1-3 years of proven experience in project management and demonstrating successful delivery of projects
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Agile
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project-related challenges

Good to have

• Experience as a key user or in similar role
• Project management certification, such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS)
• Previous experience working in cross-functional teams
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Knowledge of quality management principles and techniques.
• Understanding of business processes and technical background
