Junior Sales Engineer — Athens, On-site

Company is a leading European wholesale distributor of refrigeration, HVAC, and heat recovery products, with over 100 years of operation and a catalogue of around 33,000 standard and custom products. The Greek operation, based in Moschato, serves a well-established B2B network of installers, contractors, and technical partners with modern warehousing and over 10,000 products in stock. This hire supports the active expansion of the Refrigeration and HVAC business unit in Greece.

You'll join a small commercial and technical team and work across both sales development and customer support — building relationships with installers and contractors, and providing product guidance to clients. This is not a pure sales role: technical credibility matters here, and the expectation is that you'll develop real product knowledge quickly. The team is growing, and there is room to shape how the HVAC expansion unfolds.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• 0-3 years of experience — prior exposure to HVAC, refrigeration, or technical equipment sales is a genuine advantage, not a requirement
• Real interest in technical sales and business development, not just the commercial side
• Good command of English — product documentation, supplier communication, and some client correspondence will be in English
• Comfortable engaging directly with installers, contractors, and technical buyers
