About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading construction company and one of the most reliable and specialized players in the Greek market, we are looking for a Mechanical Site Engineer to support the delivery of a large-scale industrial project in Attica (Lavrio).

This role is ideal for experienced engineers who thrive in complex construction environments and want to take ownership of site supervision, quality assurance, and project execution.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth project execution
  • Manage materials, supplies, and resolve technical or operational issues during construction
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with technical specifications and industry standards
  • Oversee construction processes and maintain high standards across the site
  • Manage timelines, ensuring project delivery within agreed schedules
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site policies
  • Communicate with the Project Manager, providing updates on progress, risks, and budget adherence
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and technical teams for seamless execution
  • Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for materials and works
  • Prepare reports and documentation for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in construction site supervision, ideally in industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project workflows
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance and health & safety standards
  • Experience in measurements, cost estimation, and reporting
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
