Sales engineer

On behalf of our client, an international trading organization with a strong presence across Europe and growing operations in Greece is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to support the development of its Refrigeration and HVAC business unit.

The company operates with modern warehousing facilities, a broad portfolio of over 10,000 in-stock products, and a well-established B2B customer network in professional and industrial refrigeration.

A day in the life of the Sales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to join their commercial and technical team and contribute to the development of new business opportunities. The role combines technical support and sales development, offering the opportunity to build strong commercial and technical expertise within a dynamic international environment.

Your day-to-day

• Support the established team and client base and identify new business opportunities

• Assist in expanding the company’s B2B customer base

• Build and maintain relationships with installers, contractors, and technical partners

• Provide basic technical support and product recommendations to clients

• Promote HVAC and refrigeration equipment, tools, and consumables

• Collaborate closely with the senior sales team and internal technical departments

• Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations

What you will need 

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• 0–3 years of professional experience (sales or technical roles in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical equipment will be considered a plus)
• Interest in technical sales and business development
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems will be considered an advantage
• Very good command of English
