Office & HR Administrator

They work with some of the region's leading organizations to modernize business operations through ERP implementations, cloud technologies, AI, and industry-focused digital solutions.
We are looking for an Office & HR Administrator to join their team as the sole office-based professional responsible for office administration and general HR matters, working closely with external partners and vendors on specialized areas such as legal, finance, and HR.
The Role
As the Office & HR Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for all office administration and HR matters, working independently to keep the office running smoothly day to day. This is a standalone role with no direct reports, offering you full ownership.
You will oversee everything from facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships to travel coordination and company assets, while also managing the HR side of the employee lifecycle, including personnel records, employee relations, and policy implementation.
Given the nature of the role, you will regularly liaise with external partners and vendors covering legal, finance, and HR-specific subjects, as well as with government entities on administrative and compliance matters. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, hands-on professional who enjoys variety and autonomy in their day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth operations across supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers, as well as legal, finance, and HR partners on specialized matters
- Maintain employee personnel files, HR documentation, and records in compliance with company policy and local labor regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees' day-to-day HR-related questions and concerns, supporting positive employee relations
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements when required
- Support visa, work permit, and residency processes for employees by preparing documentation and liaising with relevant authorities
- Organize company meetings, events, and administrative logistics, and manage company assets assigned to employees
- Assist in implementing and continuously improving HR policies, procedures, and best practices, while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and company information
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar office administration and/or HR role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the office and HR function
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of local labor regulations
- Prior experience supporting visa, work permit, or residency processes
- Experience working in a technology, consulting, or professional services environment
- Additional language skills relevant to the region
