Patch & Vulnerability Management Specialist

On behalf of our client, a well-established international organization with advanced IT infrastructure, we are seeking a Patch & Vulnerability Management Specialist to join the Systems Engineering team. This is a hands-on, security-focused role supporting hybrid cloud and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise patching for Microsoft and third-party systems.
• Monitor, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities (including zero-day response).
• Conduct patch testing, impact analysis, and phased deployments.
• Administer Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Implement system hardening in collaboration with Security teams.
• Track compliance, report on vulnerability trends, and support audits.
• Provide technical guidance, document processes, and improve IT operations.

Must have

• BSc/MSc in IT or related field.
• 2–5 years in Systems Administration, patch management, or enterprise IT.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, MDM, Windows/macOS.
• Experience with vulnerability management and security hardening.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like ManageEngine, Patch My PC, Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7.
• Knowledge of CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, or SOC 2.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
