On behalf of our client, an award-winning global FinTech software solutions provider, we are seeking an experienced Public Sector PreSales Manager to lead and coordinate the presales strategy for public sector projects. This leadership role reports directly to the MD Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- PreSales Strategy & Planning: Develop the public sector presales strategy, conduct use-case analysis, pre-costing, P&L, pricing, and present technical solutions to clients.
- Bid Management & Compliance: Oversee RFP/RFQ responses, manage timelines, ensure full technical, legal, and procurement compliance, and integrate innovative elements (Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity) into proposals.
- Market Analysis: Track public sector trends (ESIDIS, EU funds), identify opportunities, and define strategic positioning with Marketing.
- Internal Collaboration & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the presales team, assigning tasks and collaborating with Technical, Account, and Delivery Directors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Min. 10 years in PreSales/Solution Consulting, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Sector Knowledge: Proven knowledge of public sector tender procedures (ESIDIS, RFPs, RFQs).
- Skills: Expertise in drafting technical proposals and conducting solution presentations.
- Competencies: Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and attention to detail.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and bid management tools.
- Language: Fluency in Greek and English.
