SAP Consultant (FICO)

Our client is a premier, high-level SAP consultancy and a trusted, strategic partner of SAP Hellas. Known for delivering complex, enterprise-scale digital transformations for major global brands, they are officially expanding across Europe, using their brand-new Athens hub as the cornerstone for regional growth.

This role exists due to significant project growth and client expansion, offering you the unique opportunity to join their foundational Athens team, shape local operations, and accelerate your career within an elite consultancy.

The Role

You’ll own the analysis, design, and configuration of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions for key enterprise client projects, translating financial requirements into streamlined, best-in-class processes.

As an early hire in a brand-new regional office, you’ll help establish local operational standards, mentor future team members, and partner directly with country leadership while executing fit-gap analyses and leading your first end-to-end go-live milestone.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex finance and controlling requirements and configure SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Product Costing)
• Lead high-level solution design workshops, functional specifications preparation, and integration with cross-functional modules (MM, SD, PP) and S/4HANA Finance
• Manage end-to-end delivery phases including data migration, unit testing/UAT support, cutover, and post-implementation hypercare

What You'll Bring

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO consulting
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO core modules, and integration points (MM/SD)
• Proven track record with 1–2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations (blueprint to go-live)
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Background or domain expertise within the manufacturing/industrial sector or a tier-1 consultancy background
• Official SAP FI/CO certification
