SAP Consultant (SF&HCM)

Our client is a premier, high-level SAP consultancy and a trusted, strategic partner of SAP Hellas. Known for delivering complex, enterprise-scale digital transformations for major global brands, they are officially expanding across Europe, using their brand-new Athens hub as the cornerstone for regional growth.

This role exists due to local team expansion and new client implementation projects, offering a fast-track growth opportunity to join their foundational Athens team and influence European operations.

The Role

You’ll lead the delivery and support of SAP HR digital transformation initiatives, owning the end-to-end implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors and HCM modules for major enterprise clients. As a senior anchor hire in a newly established office, you will help shape the local SAP practice, establish client engagement frameworks in Greece, and guide junior consultants while driving business requirement workshops and go-live implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements, configuring SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS) and SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)
• Coordinate data migration, module integration (Payroll, FICO), testing, user training, and post-go-live support
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on SAP HR innovations, compliance standards, and process optimization

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM consulting
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors core modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS) and SAP HCM
• Proven track record with 1–2 full lifecycle implementations and strong integration experience (Payroll, FICO)
• Professional fluency in English with excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
• Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Official SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
• Domain experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector or a tier-1 consultancy background
