Senior Mechanical Site Engineer - Lavrio, On-site

Our client is a well-established construction company specializing in large-scale construction projects, industrial engineering, fit-out projects, and technical solutions across Greece and abroad. The role exists to support the delivery of a major industrial project in Attica and strengthen the site execution team.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day site supervision, quality control, and execution of a large-scale industrial construction project. Your focus will be ensuring smooth project delivery by coordinating technical teams, managing construction activities, monitoring progress, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and timelines.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in construction site supervision, ideally within industrial projects
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Hands-on experience with construction processes, materials, site coordination, and project execution
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance procedures, health & safety standards, and technical specifications
• Experience with measurements, cost tracking, reporting, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience working on large-scale industrial or complex technical projects
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong understanding of project documentation and reporting processes
