As Strategic Business Development Manager, you will serve as the company’s founding growth engine, securing large-scale infrastructure projects and architecting the firm’s market presence from the ground up.

Your Day-to-Day

• Drive Growth: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for complex ICT projects—from identifying high-value opportunities to final contract negotiations.
• Consultative Advisor: Act as a trusted partner to C-suite executives and IT Directors, translating cutting-edge technology into tangible business value.
• Shape Strategy: Collaborate directly with the founders to refine market positioning, ensuring "startup speed" consistently outperforms legacy competitors.

• Industry Expertise: A proven track record in Business Development or Account Management within the Greek IT Services or System Integration market.
• Strategic Acumen: A deep understanding of the modern ICT landscape and how digital infrastructure drives business transformation.

• Communication & Presence: Native Greek and fluent English, with the executive presence to represent a new, disruptive firm to major enterprise clients.
