System Engineer, Marousi, On-site

Our client is a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector, based in Marousi, operating across the region and delivering reliable and efficient energy solutions supported by robust enterprise IT systems. The  Systems Engineer role is open due to ongoing strengthening of internal IT capabilities and infrastructure modernisation initiatives within the organisation’s technology function.

You’ll join as a System Engineer, playing a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure that supports critical business operations.

Your focus will be on ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing IT environments, while supporting both infrastructure improvements and day-to-day operational needs. You’ll work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless system delivery and user experience.

In your first six months, you’ll get familiar with the organisation’s IT landscape, support ongoing infrastructure and workplace engineering initiatives, and contribute to resolving complex system issues. You’ll also assist in improving documentation standards and supporting end users and internal teams with technical guidance and training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT operations or workplace engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange
• Solid understanding of IT service management and delivery frameworks
• Hands-on experience with IT security tools and principles (antivirus, encryption, VPNs, identity and access management)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments

Monthly gross salary of €3,000 – €4,000, monthly meal vouchers (ticket restaurant), private health insurance, company mobile phone and laptop, and an on-site working model within a stable enterprise environment. You’ll also be part of a collaborative IT team supporting critical infrastructure, with exposure to meaningful, large-scale operational systems.
