Big Data EngineerOur client is a leading European consultancy specializing in data, AI, and cloud-based solutions, seeking a Consulting Manager to join their growing team in Athens. The company partners with enterprise clients across Europe to deliver high-impact digital transformation initiatives, leveraging modern data platforms, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies. The role has opened due to continued expansion of the consulting practice and increasing demand for end-to-end data and AI-driven solutions.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of client-facing consulting engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and helping organisations shape and execute technology-driven transformation initiatives. In your first six months, you’ll get up to speed with active client portfolios, support delivery of ongoing consulting projects, and gradually take ownership of key accounts and workstreams across multiple industries.
What You'll Bring
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in in leading large-scale data initiatives or management consulting.
- Proven track record in project management and a solid understanding of the Data & AI lifecycle (from data strategy to production-grade AI).
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational landscapes.
- Native-level or excellent professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
What’s in for you
Monthly gross salary in the range of €4,000–€6,000, depending on experience.. Hybrid flecible working model.
