IT Project Manager - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)

Our client is a global software solutions provider delivering complex IT projects across a demanding and fast-moving portfolio. The role exists to bring experienced project leadership to an organisation that needs someone who can keep multiple workstreams on track without losing sight of quality, budget or the people delivering the work.

The Role

You will lead IT projects from initiation through to completion, building project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage. In your first six months, you will take full ownership of at least one active project, establish a clear reporting and governance rhythm and demonstrate that delivery under your watch is predictable and reliable. You will be the person the business trusts when deadlines and budgets are non-negotiable.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of IT project management experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Proven ability to develop detailed project plans, manage resources and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience monitoring project progress, identifying risks early and adjusting plans before problems escalate
• Organised, decisive and calm under pressure with a track record of seeing projects through to successful completion

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Background in global or distributed software delivery environments
