Product Manager - Athens, On-site

A global tech company with a strong product culture is looking for a Product Manager who can own the full product lifecycle and keep engineering, marketing and sales moving in the same direction. The role exists because the company is scaling its product organisation and needs someone who can translate strategy into a backlog the team trusts and a roadmap the business can execute.

The Role

You will define product strategy, manage the backlog and work across engineering, marketing and sales to get products from concept to launch without losing sight of the customer along the way. In your first six months, you will get close to the existing product, the people building it and the customers using it, and deliver at least one meaningful feature cycle that reflects a clear understanding of both business goals and user needs. You will be the person who makes hard prioritisation decisions and explains them well.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of product management experience in a technology company or product-led environment
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and translate them into prioritised, executable roadmaps
• Strong track record managing cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing and sales
• Experience gathering and analysing customer feedback and using it to sharpen product decisions
• Confident communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around a clear product vision

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery frameworks
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or equivalent
• Background in a global or distributed product organisation
