Product Development Engineer - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)

Our client is a leading industrial company bringing new products to market across a demanding regulatory and manufacturing landscape. The role exists to take ownership of the full product development cycle as the company expands its product portfolio and raises its engineering standards.

The Role

You will design and develop new products from initial concept through to production-ready delivery, building and testing prototypes and working closely with manufacturing and marketing teams to make sure what gets designed can be built, sold and relied upon. In your first six months, you will contribute to at least one active development cycle, demonstrate a sharp instinct for refinement based on testing feedback and establish yourself as the engineer who keeps quality and compliance non-negotiable at every stage.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of product development or engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience taking products from concept through prototyping, testing and production
• Solid understanding of regulatory and safety standards relevant to industrial product development
• Strong collaboration skills across manufacturing, marketing and cross-functional teams
• Methodical approach to testing, feedback integration and design refinement

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Familiarity with quality management systems or ISO standards
• Background in lean manufacturing or design for manufacturability principles
