Junior M.I.S Developer

Our client is a well-established organization operating in the financial services sector, leveraging data, automation, and technology to support critical business operations. Their Information Systems team develops and maintains the internal applications and data solutions that enable efficient reporting, process automation, and operational excellence across the business.

As part of the continued growth of their IT & Reporting function, they are looking for a Junior Developer (MIS) to join their MIS team and contribute to the maintenance and development of data-driven solutions and internal business applications.

The Role

You'll join the Information Systems team, supporting the development and maintenance of SQL Server databases, SSIS packages, and C# desktop applications that are used across the business.

Working alongside experienced developers, you'll help improve existing systems, build reporting solutions, and contribute to internal automation projects while developing your technical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You'll Bring

• 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar development role
• Good working knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with SSIS packages
• Good knowledge of C# and Windows Forms applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of data management and analysis
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Experience working with reporting or business process automation
• Familiarity with enterprise applications or internal business systems

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve existing SQL Server stored procedures
• Support and maintain Windows Forms applications developed in C#
• Develop and modify SSIS packages for data integration and reporting
• Create ad-hoc reports and data extracts for internal departments and business needs
• Produce bulk communications and reporting documents using Mail Merge
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to databases and internal applications
