MEP Engineer - Mechanical (HVAC / Plumbing)
Mechanical EngineerA building-services contractor working on large commercial and hospitality projects in Northern Greece and the Balkans. The role exists to support a growing pipeline of hotel and mixed-use projects.
The Role
You'll design and oversee the installation of HVAC and plumbing systems for two concurrent commercial projects. In your first six months you'll complete detailed design drawings for Project A (8,000 m² office complex) and manage subcontractor installation to practical completion. You'll coordinate daily with the electrical engineer and the client's project manager.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of MEP or mechanical engineering experience in commercial building services
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP for design and coordination
- Strong knowledge of Greek building energy regulations (ΚΕΝΑΚ)
- Experience with HVAC system sizing and hydraulic calculations
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering; TEE membership required
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection (Navisworks)
- Experience on hotel, healthcare, or hospitality projects
- LEED Green Associate or BREEAM Assessor status
