.NET Software Architect

On behalf of our client, a software house leader in Internet Services and Solutions with a large clientele in the private and public sector, we are currently looking for a talented .NET Software Architect, to join its highly-skilled team of professionals in Athens.

Your day-to-day

• Design and develop cutting-edge software solutions using .NET framework, C#, and Azure cloud services
• Architect scalable, efficient, and robust Azure native applications, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance
• Utilize your deep understanding of Visual Studio, relational databases, and query languages to enhance our applications' backbone
• Implement web services (SOAP, REST) to ensure seamless integration and communication between different software systems
• Employ your problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges during the software development life cycle

What you will need

• A university level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field of study
• Proven experience as a Software Architect, with a strong portfolio of projects showcasing your expertise with Visual Studio, C#, and the .NET framework
• Proficiency in relational databases and query languages, alongside a solid understanding of web services (SOAP, REST)
• Demonstrated experience in Azure and crafting cloud-native applications
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with an agile mindset to adapt to evolving project requirements
• Experience working with high-traffic websites and databases handling substantial volumes of data
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Vue.js
• Hands-on experience with distributed caching (e.g., Redis) and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ)
• A background in working with microservices and non-relational databases
