Electrical Engineer – Data Center

Our client is a leading global data center operator providing secure, high-availability digital infrastructure and 24/7 mission-critical services across Greece and Europe.

The role exists due to continuous expansion of the Athens campus and increasing operational demands across multiple new and existing facilities.

 The Role

You will support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems within a large-scale, mission-critical data center environment in Koropi. You will work closely with cooling engineers, shift engineers, and remote operations teams to ensure continuous uptime and safe operation of infrastructure.

During your first six months, you will receive training on the site's electrical systems and gradually take ownership of preventive maintenance activities, contractor supervision, and basic fault resolution across electrical systems. 

 What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in electrical engineering or facilities/industrial maintenance
• Hands-on experience or exposure to electrical panels, switching operations, or industrial electrical systems
• Basic understanding of electrical infrastructure (low/medium voltage systems)
• Good command of English
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Willingness to learn and operate in a mission-critical 24/7 environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in data centers, industrial plants, utilities, or critical infrastructure environments
• Exposure to preventive maintenance systems or BMS/monitoring tools
• Experience working in teams within operational environments

What's in it for You

€1,800 – €2,100 gross / month, commensurate with experience, with company car support (fuel and toll coverage), private health insurance, pension plan, gym subsidy, and meal allowance.
