Site Engineer

On behalf of our client, an established development company, with many years of experience in real estate, that creates high-end sustainable residences, we are currently looking for a self-driven Site Engineer, to join their construction team that based in Athens.

Your day-to-day

• Set and organize daily project schedules
• Monitor construction stages and planning
• Be responsible for site organization and supervision
• Attend to pre-measurements and measurements
• Assist in the back office work and cloud computing archiving
• Daily use of Microsoft Project

What you will need

• 5+ years of experience in construction management of residential and/or hospitality projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Hands-on experience in construction documentation
• Experience in budget management
• AutoCAD 2D/3D and/or other construction software
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good verbal and written English language
